JD Tiger...on the sea kayak thingy to set the record straight I have always since a kid and at my schools outdoor program been arounf canoeing and kayaking and also my enjoyment of the water lead me into diving....the rest is history I purchased a sea kayak simply for fitness reasons as now I am in the low 90'skg range along with a healthier diet. what better way to do some exercise and be around the water!! perhaps I could recomend a bit of this for you and RB...as they say 'a fat inspo diver is not a long term inspo diver' cheers all the one difference between seakayaking and cave diving is that you don't have to suck someones knob to get an advantage over someone else Title: Re: PH new life Post by: rob b on December 09, 2008, 08:16:53 PM Ahh Paul not with the times as per usual.
