Thanks for sharing your medical issue. When an old time CDAA instructor mentioned to me to be careful of UTI's when using an ext. catheter, I didn't really take him seriously. Although it mentions it in the manual, how many of you flush your Pee valve with disinfectant. I know I NEVER have. I do however test my pee valve out on the surface, doing a dry land pee. What type of tubing was on your pee valve ? The thick black stuff (like fuel line hose) or the medical see through with the corrugated bits every 10mm ? You know if you wanted to not do Tec 2 with me Rick, you could have just said, rather than going to this extreme ! :) Title: Re: Unkinking pee valves...
