Title: Liquivision Post by: Ian T on September 17, 2009, 11:42:29 AM Is this the Lithuanian version of the Eurovision ? (boom tish)
How much ? what's it do ? user interface ? Why not just get a bottom timer Craig ? Title: Re: Liquivision Post by: Craig on September 17, 2009, 01:24:11 PM Mate, planning on leaving your day job for a career in comedy any time soon?
USD1750 plus whatever software you'd like to run on it. I selected V-Planner Live. No buttons or switches, has a sensor inside that detects taps on the case top/bottom/left side/right side. Precise UI presumably depends on which s/w you decide to run but it will obviously work the same way. I have a bottom timer & this is way cooler. C its dear, you can land a shearwater here for $1700 Aust, OC trimix Title: Re: Liquivision Post by: JD on September 17, 2009, 02:13:59 PM Shearwater is nowhere compared to the liquivision. The shearwater is VERY conservative, and is nowhere near the quality of the X1, regardless of the algorithym. My VR3 will be replaced with an X1 Liquivision ver soon.

You can also get an add-on allowing use of a 4th sensor in a ccr & it will monitor that extra one as well as all 3 others. you can also get the head for a few of the breathers on the market, Dave Hurst has this on his Classic, shearwater heaed and nhandset with a second shearwater computer, he reckons it is great sound the way to go if you ask me, but what the fuck would I know!!!! Title: Re: Liquivision Post by: JD on September 18, 2009, 03:57:57 PM the shearwater has all that ans still cheaper! Nope, sorry. Apart from all that, the algorithym is the primary concern. They make great controllers for RB units, no question. what the fuck would I know!!!! Exactly my point. Harvs, to reply to a copied post, make sure your comments fall outside the last 'quote' on your page. This ensures that your post will not be included in the blue section and makes your response easier to read. This applies for diveoz too.
