Title: Cheap Rebreathers
Post by: JD on December 30, 2010, 05:22:21 PM
I saw Bazza's post on Dive Oz about cheap Inspo/Evo/Evo+ and wondered why Bazza was being so nice all of a sudden...

They cost GBP4500, which equates to just less than AUD$7,000. Training at US$1000, flight to Indo at AUD$800, a bit of accommodation with Simon and you could have a new unit with training and a holiday to a tropical island for around $10K. Why not?

Makes Bazza's $11,500 offer seem a little too much I think....

Yep. Vision Inspo, Evolution or Evolution + (which is an evo with an Inspo scrubber, ie 2L cylinders but 2.5kg scrubber)
If I was loking at one now, I would buy an Evo plus. Smaller for travel but with the same duration as mine.

In the Sunday Mail today, Virgin have flights to Bali for $385 return. I am thinking of booking and going myself!
