Hi,

Before I embarass myself and run around to every chemist in Fremantle, where are you guys getting your external condom catheters from? I bought a large box ages ago and now can't remember where I got them from, and I'm down to my last two. I've been searching for the current brand (Rochester wideband) but am not having much luck. Are they still sold or is there a replacement brand?

Thanks, Trevor

I got mine from a medical supply store which is on Magill road called McNeils surgical. Bought a box also. If they don't ship, let me know what you need and I can probably pick up a box and post it to you.

Trevor,

I use Independence Solutions. Ph 1300788855, and they also have a website :

http://www.paraquad.asn.au/

Very good customer service and delivery times. They sell the Rochester Wideband in the 53mm Smiley

I should add, the online product shop is a little tricky to use. Just do an 'inventory search' (LH task bar) enter the term 'wide'. Product codes from the website below.

Thanks - I've tried to phone but ended up sending an email. I've come across the same issue with the catalogue and I thought they might be the same item but was not sure. My stocks are now out, having used the last on the weekend.

I note your search didn't display any 53mm, but I'm assuming you've taken all the stock.

If I don't hear back, I'll take up JD's offer but as he has a similar sense of humour and I could end up with any size, shape or colour.

Just to let everyone know who's been hanging out for this information, I'm connected again with a box of 30 of just the plain, no colour, no flavour, no ribbing variety. Independence Solutions operate out of a tin shed near the airport and only open CWA times. Still, the mark up on the US price must be 100% and we're a captured market.

Ian - the 53mm version is out of stock, but they did suggest I visit the agricultural supplies shop down the road for a dredging hose for you.

I think Ian was talking about length.

I did see he has advertised for a set of twins for the weekend. If you have any luck I wouldn't mind a set of twins for a fun weekend away....
