for the last month I have been at brighton beach early eash sat morning paddling around on my sea kayak.....
each week night 30min on my treadmill....the occaional km or so on the bike.......
so why do you need to do itearly on a sat morn....you spend most of the week playing touch at work!!!
won't be long before I'm back to the days when the Adelaide girls couldn't get enough of the harv's
