Probably best to leave this discusion where it is. One of the divers listed failed to return. As far as I am concerned, anything else is purely speculation, and will not achieve anything.

Concur, lets not speculate.
My condolences to the family, and a very, very sad day for the CDAA. While i dont know the guy, any loss in this sport is saddening and hilights the stakes involved.
