After news of Richard Harris and co laying line and doing survey work deep in Piccs, does any one know how they get access?
Is it part of a government survey or a scientific program for example?

Grant Pearce. He works for the department. He is behind the blue lake dives and the Pics project. He is also a scientist, which works in his favour.
Then again, Karl is a plumber......
